Fnatic Farewell Movie

Vandaag maakten onze collega's van cadred.org bekend dat ze een nogal exclusief Counter-Strike:Source film downloadbaar zetten op hun webstek.

De kortfilm gaat over het welbekende Nederlandse CS:S team van Fnatic. Zij speelden onder hun naam een lange tijd aan de top van de Europese CS:S scene. Sinds kort gaven deze spelers er één voor één de brui aan en deze film dient dus ter eerbetoon, nochtans als we het zo mogen noemen...

De film is gemaakt door de ervaren movie maker, Cody "Naamiko" Kullar, hij kwam met dit idee om een documentaire te maken over de carrières van deze Nederlandse gamers. Het gaat allemaal terug tot i36. 

"After following them through several events he caught their last moments of activity in the scene, both the highs and lows. Cadred paid its own written tribute to the players here. A long time in the making, Cody was proud to launch his movie exclusively on Cadred, after an editing process that has taken him over a year.", zei cadred.org

Cody "Naamiko" Kullar voegde er dit aan toe: "This is my new movie and i've taken a new direction with editing, after doing so many highlights movies I thought the next logical step would be to do a documentary of a whole event following just one team. Choosing the fnatic team was pretty easy, mainly because I've known them for a while, and also because I knew I wouldn't look out of place standing behind them with a camera in one hand a pint of beer in the other! The documentary follows the guys all the way from the Netherlands over to the UK for i36 and through the event, with a few different frag parts, two full highlights of matches and a load of real life footage stuck in between! I decided to keep the movie fairly minimilistic so all the content is crystal clear and viewers can follow the tournament easily."
